To improve my health, lower my stress, and generally improve my well being, I am going to laugh more.
I believe that I already laugh more than your average person. However, some rough times in the past few weeks have diminished my usually buoyant humour. What this made me realize is that I have not ingrained laughter into my life as much as I might have wanted. So I intend to do just that. For those of you who saw my post on The 90 Day Game, this is my first endevour to follow through on that.
I am going to be working on laughing more and appreciating my laughter. To this end I will be finding at least one thing per day (more if I can) that makes me laugh. It could be anything, but I will be posting what I find to share will all of you because, well maybe you need a laugh too. Now I have a very broad sense of humour so I cannot guarantee that you will find funny everything that I do, but perhaps we can share a laugh or two.
