Happiness Interactive (or Hi for short) was started by me, Rob Card, to share what I know about generating lasting joy and fulfillment in life, AND how that leads to things like: more success, better health, and better relationships.

As a Certified Life Coach I’ve talked to many people about what they want in this life, and for so many it boils down to one thing … People just want to be happy.

The problem is most people don’t understand what happiness IS.

They think that to find happiness they need to: be successful, or make more money, or have the perfect body, or find “Mr. Right”, and so on.

But the truth is … when you are happy, you are more likely to be successful, healthy, and find lasting relationships.

Don’t believe me?  There are numerous studies that prove this!  In fact there is a whole field of scientific research that has sprung up around this called: positive psychology.

This blew me away when I first discovered it.  It’s not about finding happiness, it all about being happy NOW!

And now I know how to create happiness whenever I want!
