Laugh Life Day 41

So yesterday I tried it again.

I had had a particularly trying moment and was feeling a little down so I closed my door, and broke into some serious laughter yoga.

This time it didn’t really matter what the sounds were, I was trying on all of them, having a little fun with it.

And sure enough not too long after that I was feeling quite good and the rest of the day, even when there were more trying moments, went really well.

Building laughter yoga into my day is definitely a habit I want to program.  This stuff really works.

So all together now: ha-ha-hee-hee-hee ho-ho-ha-ha-ha hee-hee-ho-h0-ho
